2. ŠTO SU KOLAČIĆI?
Kolačići (cookies) su male tekstualne datoteke koje Vaš preglednik sprema na Vaše računalo ili mobilni uređaj kada posjetite našu web-stranicu https://www.medicomaris.hr/ (dalje u tekstu: Web-stranica). Kolačiće možemo podijeliti na više vrsta prema trajanju, izvoru i funkciji.
Prema trajanju imamo:

Sesijski kolačići, koji se brišu nakon što zatvorite preglednik, a pohranjuju privremene podatke (npr. nedavno posjećene stranice ili artikle u košarici).
Prema izvoru imamo:
Kolačiće prve strane, što su kolačići koje postavlja web-stranica koju posjećujete (tj. naša Web-stranica).
Kolačiće treće strane, koje postavljaju druge domene i mogu pratiti vašu aktivnost u marketinške svrhe.
Prema funkciji razlikujemo sljedeće vrste kolačića:
· Tehnički (nužni) Kolačići, koji su uvijek aktivni i ključni za funkcioniranje stranice. Obično se postavljaju kao odgovor na Vaše radnje, primjerice postavke Kolačića, prijave ili unos podataka u obrasce. Možete ih blokirati, ali neki dijelovi stranice tada možda neće raditi.
· Funkcionalni Kolačići koji omogućuju napredne funkcije i personalizaciju.

4. KOJE KOLAČIĆE KORISTIMO?
Koje kolačiće koristimo, u koje svrhe i koje podatke njima prikupljamo objasnili smo u tablici niže.
Squarespace, na čijoj platformi je izgrađena naša Web stranica, dio kolačića koristi u vlastite svrhe, radi održavanja stabilnosti i praćenja grešaka na Squarespaceu kao platformi. Ti kolačići su dodatno objašnjeni u Squarespaceovoj obavijesti o privatnosti dostupnoj ovdje: https://www.squarespace.com/privacy te zasebno istaknuti u tablici niže. Ostale Kolačiće Squarespace postavlja kao naš izvršitelj obrade, izuzev: wg-translations, wg-slugs i wglang kojeg postavlja Weglot SAS, Paris kao naš izvršitelj obrade, te recaptcha kojeg postavlja Google Ireland Limited kao naš izvršitelj obrade.

5. MOGU LI ONEMOGUĆITI KOLAČIĆE I PROMIJENITI POSTAVKE?
Uobičajen način na koji birate koje će Kolačiće koristiti naša Web-stranica jest putem Vaših odabira u našem banneru za Kolačiće. Osim toga, možete prihvatiti ili odbiti neke ili sve Kolačiće podešavanjem postavki u svom pregledniku. Na taj način možete čak onemogućiti i tehničke (nužne) kolačiće.
